Can I lose more than I deposit?

No. Every order is fully reserved up front; there is no margin or leverage. Maximum loss on a buy is price × quantity cents.

Why are some markets so thin?

Niche markets attract less volume. The order book is transparent: check depth before sizing in. We seed most of the new market with a small amount of liquidity at conservative spreads.
