Troubleshooting
The client cannot add the endpoint
Check that the endpoint is exactly https://mcp.juhus.ee/mcp. If your plan, platform, or workspace policy does not allow custom MCP apps, contact the workspace administrator or use another eligible client.
The browser does not open
Retry the normal connection from the client. Do not paste an OAuth code, callback URL, access token, refresh token, session cookie, or API key into an AI conversation.
The wrong Juhus account is signed in
Sign out of Juhus in the browser, sign in with the intended account, then retry the client connection.
The requested connection is invalid
Return to the client and start a new connection. Juhus does not redirect invalid client or redirect-target requests to untrusted URLs.
The app requested an unsupported permission
Reconnect with read access, or read and trade access. Juhus supports only read and optional trade.
Only read tools appear
The client either requested only read access, trade was not enabled during Juhus consent, or it cached an older tool list. If Juhus Account shows read-only access, start a new client authorization and enable trading. If it already shows Can trade, refresh the client or remove and add the connector again.
A confirmation link expired or was already handled
Ask the client to start a new request. Confirmation links are valid for five minutes and approve only the exact request shown.
Juhus says the confirmation belongs to another user
Sign in with the Juhus account that started the request, or return to the client and start again with the correct account.
The client shows tools after access was revoked
Juhus rejects revoked credentials immediately, but the client may cache tool metadata. Refresh or restart the client to clear cached tools.
A tool returns a market, balance, limit, rate-limit, or trading-pause error
Correct the order input, wait for the documented rate limit, or reconcile current orders with list_orders before retrying. For support, contact Juhus with timestamp, client name/version, and a redacted error. Do not send credentials or full callback URLs.
